Job Title: Sales Agent

Experience: Freshers or 6 Months - 2 Years of experience

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and other sales channels.
Present and promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update customer records in the CRM system.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
Experience:6 months to 2 years in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.




Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
