Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans
Maintain proper storage and identification of materials, components, fabricated parts, electrical items and consumables
Issue materials to production and assembly departments as per approved requisitions Maintain FIFO practices and proper stock rotation:
Update inward and outward entries in SAP/ERP system
Maintain records of GRNs, stock registers, issue slips and delivery documentation
Coordinate with purchase, accounts and production departments for material tracking Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports:
Monitor stock levels and inform management regarding shortages or reorder requirements
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
Minimize inventory discrepancies, damages and material losses




Coordinate with outsourced vendors for inward/outward movement various components Ensure proper labelling and organized storage layout within the stores:
Maintain cleanliness, safety and discipline in the stores area
Ensure materials are properly packed and documented before dispatch.
Preparations of Documents require for material dispatch to process / repair / replace.
Material dispatch through Courier / local transport as per the Tax invoice / Delivery Note.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
