About the Role
The Dental Services (TDS) is hiring an Open Dental Billing Lead who will be fully responsible for running U.S. dental billing operations and building a team in India. You will own quality, turnaround, and results.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end billing in Open Dental: claims submission, EOB posting, denials, resubmissions, secondary claims, insurance A/R follow-up
Create daily/weekly workflows, trackers, and easy SOPs
Communicate clearly with U.S. management (during EST hours)
Hire, train, and manage a growing billing team in Vadodara
Maintain solid data security and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
Robust experience in U.S. dental billing (Open Dental is required)
Ability to lead independently and be accountable for outcomes
