Key Responsibilities:
Own the execution of recruitment projects - from sourcing to successful closures
Support the execution of consulting projects across different aspects of HR
Conduct research and prepare documentation, reports, and other materials for client engagement
Build and maintain internal templates, resources,



and knowledge repositories
Improve processes and ways of working through the effective use of tools and technology
Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and other business growth activities
Drive the firm's brand-building efforts through select content creation and marketing activities that support business growth
1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A robust commitment to quality, attention to detail and a structured approach to work
Enjoys using technology and embraces recent tools and platforms
Adaptable, with a learning mindset and a genuine enthusiasm to build something meaningful

We Value Curiosity:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
