Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Must-Have Skills:
Robust experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Apex and LWC development
Experience with Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud)
Robust knowledge of Salesforce configuration & customization
Hands-on experience with REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML integrations
Solid understanding of data modelling, relational databases, and ETL tools
Experience in core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery)
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
At least one Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I preferred)
Solid communication skills and experience working directly with clients




Experience in end-to-end CRM project implementation

Positive-to-Have Skills:
Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Vlocity (OmniStudio)
Knowledge of advanced integration patterns and enterprise system integrations
Familiarity with object-oriented design patterns
Experience in pre-sales activities, estimation, and solution design
Ability to mentor junior developers and lead small teams
Experience in testing, documentation, and training delivery

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements from clients
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
Perform configuration and customization of Salesforce platform
Develop and maintain technical documentation and project deliverables
Support integration with external systems
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Mentor junior developers and guide team members
Collaborate with stakeholders for solution design and delivery
Participate in pre-sales, estimation, and project planning activities
