Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our paper bag products.
Generate and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams regarding customer requirements and orders.
Handle customer questions professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Identify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.




Ability to convince and engage customers professionally.
Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
Previous experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Knowledge of the local language(s) will be an advantage.
