Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Admissions
Contact prospective parents through phone calls and follow-ups.
Counsel parents on the perks of the Abacus and Brain Development Program.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing timely and accurate information.
Schedule and coordinate demo classes with prospective students.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the admission process is completed.
Update enquiry and admission records in the CRM/Google Sheets.

Field Marketing
Visit nearby apartments, schools, preschools, and community events to promote the institute.
Coordinate with apartment associations and event organizers for conducting promotional activities.
Generate recent leads through field marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with local communities to increase brand visibility.

Event Management
Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, workshops, and awareness programs.
Set up event materials, registration desks, banners, and promotional displays.




Ensure smooth execution of events and provide a positive experience for visitors.
Collect enquiries and schedule demo classes during events.

Parent Presentations
Conduct informative and engaging presentations for parents.
Explain the curriculum, learning methodology, program advantages, and fee structure.
Address parent queries and handle objections professionally.
Encourage immediate registrations wherever possible.

Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily activity reports, enquiry reports, and sales updates.
Track conversions and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for seamless student onboarding.
Share feedback and suggest improvements to enhance admissions and marketing efforts.
