nWe are seeking a dynamic, operationally focused Principal to lead the administration, growth, and holistic development of our school. Under our specialized leadership structure, the Principal is entirely relieved of day-to-day academic management—which is spearheaded by a dedicated Academic Head. This allows the Principal to focus exclusively on institutional excellence, admissions strategy, parent relations, and building a thriving, disciplined school environment.

nSalary Range: Rs 80,000 - 1,00,000

nKey Responsibilities

n1. School Administration & Operations

n Take complete ownership of the school’s overall administration and daily operations.

nLead and coordinate non-academic and support staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution.

n Maintain a highly disciplined, positive, and safe school environment for all students and staff.

n2. Admissions Planning & Institutional Growth

nDevelop and execute a comprehensive annual admissions strategy, initiating the planning phase as early as September.





n Lead school outreach, local awareness campaigns, and strategic marketing activities.

nDrive parent engagement during the enrollment process, actively managing the pipeline from initial enquiry to final conversion.

n Set, track, and achieve clear admission targets well in advance of the upcoming academic year.

n3. Holistic Student Development (Sports & Extracurriculars)

nChampion the holistic development of students by aggressively strengthening sports and extracurricular programs.

n Implement systems to identify student talent early.

nDesign and oversee proper, structured training programs for gifted students.

n Actively create and facilitate opportunities for students to participate and compete at state and national levels.

n4. Parent Relations & Communication

nServe as the primary administrative face of the school for the parent community.

n Proactively manage parent communication and ensure a transparent, collaborative relationship.

nAddress and resolve parent grievances efficiently and empathetically.
