About the Internship
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Intern - LAP under the PM Internship Scheme to join our Human Resources team in Palakkad. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across key HR functions, providing an excellent platform for skilled growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Intern (LAP Sales / Loan Against Property)
Assist the sales team in sourcing and generating leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Explain LAP product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
Support customer onboarding and collect required KYC, income, and property-related documents.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert leads into loan disbursements.
Update and maintain customer records, lead trackers,
and MIS reports accurately.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, and real estate intermediaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
Assist in achieving assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Support customer service activities by addressing queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
