Key Responsibilities
On-time project delivery
Lead the overall operations of the India business and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
Establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and scalability.
Oversee production planning and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate closely with Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Client Servicing teams.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and resource utilization.
Introduce recent technologies and best practices to enhance operational performance.
Manage operational budgets and monitor project costs.
Optimize inventory, procurement, and vendor performance.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery,



and materials.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and cross-functional teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Support talent development and succession planning.
Ensure all deliverables meet Madu Creative's quality standards.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Implement operational risk management and corrective action plans.
Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.
Review operational performance and prepare reports for the Managing Director.
Drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vasai, Maharashtra (Vasai)
