Oversee end-to-end tour operations ensuring smooth execution of itineraries and services.
Manage daily operations including bookings, confirmations, departures, and on-tour coordination.
Lead and supervise the tour operations team, ensuring productivity and service quality.
Coordinate with Sales, Ticketing, Visa, and Accounts teams for seamless tour delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, transporters, guides, and other vendors.
Negotiate rates and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Handle operational escalations, guest concerns, and emergency situations effectively.
Monitor operational costs and ensure profitability of tour packages.
Implement SOPs and improve operational processes for efficiency.
Track performance metrics, analyze feedback, and submit operational reports to management.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
