Connect2Learn is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Digital Marketing & Growth to lead our digital acquisition and performance marketing initiatives across ANZ, UK, USA, and the Middle East.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of performance marketing, lead generation, and digital growth strategies, with a strong focus on driving qualified student acquisition and maximizing marketing ROI across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid digital campaigns
Drive high-quality leads and student acquisition across international markets
Monitor and optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages
Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics platforms
Analyze marketing funnels and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Collaborate closely with creative, content, sales, and operations teams
Prepare regular campaign reports, performance dashboards, and actionable insights
Develop and implement data-driven digital growth strategies
Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools,



automation, and performance marketing best practices

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Good understanding of GA4, pixels, conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing funnels
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
A proactive, data-driven, and target-oriented approach
Experience in EdTech, E-commerce, SaaS, or lead-generation businesses will be an advantage
