Sourcing: Sourcing niche IT specialists using Boolean strings on Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Screening: Deep technical screening of candidates to look past keywords and verify actual tech skills.
Compliance: Handling US Tax terms and Work Visas
Eligibility Criteria
Must have at least 4+ years of proven experience strictly in US IT Recruitment in W2
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be currently residing in or local to Visakhapatnam
