Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
Provide detailed information about different products, helping customers make informed decisions.
Cross-sell and up-sell products in a friendly and persuasive manner.
Participate in telecasting activities to promote our products and offers.
Occasionally engage in outdoor promotional activities to attract recent customers.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment.




Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
High level of enthusiasm and energy.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Flexibility to work during the specified hours, including weekly off and holidays.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
