Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing telephonic, video, and face-to-face counseling and crisis telephonic management in a supportive, ethical, and skilled manner while maintaining client confidentiality.
Providing short term cou
Regularly updating notes for each client on the EAP-India Backend Website
Attending training courses & supervision sessions organized by EAP-India
Providing appropriate referrals to Psychiatrist if required
Maintaining records and reports of clients
Flexibility with regards to schedule with a need to cover some bank holidays and weekends.

Format for Counselling





Our clinical department provides counselling services on a global scale including but not limited to clinical telephonic support, clinical case management, providing structured short-term solution-focused counselling, crisis support, psychoeducational workshops, and trainings.

Each client comes with a limited number of session as provided by their organization; therefore counsellors must possess the skill to provide short-term clinical interventions such as CBT, Single Session therapy (SST), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy techniques. However, if a client requires extra sessions an extension of treatment or support can be requested through the Extension Request Form.

Qualification
Education:Master's (required) or Higher Degree with a specialization in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in psychological counseling
Having own clinic space is mandatory for face to face sessions:
