The goal is to support the team in maintaining financial clarity and operational efficiency for our clients, enabling them to focus on long-term success.

Primary Job Functions:
Process daily business transactions across various areas, including sales, purchases, payroll, and other client-specific departments, for single or multiple clients.
Reconcile accounts such as sundry debtors, creditors, and bank accounts, ensuring accurate payment follow-ups and record maintenance.
GST/Sales Tax/VAT returns: Assist in the preparation of these returns, including gaining a explicit understanding of country-specific regulations and learning as required to ensure compliance.
Month-end schedule preparation: Ensure day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll records, and fixed asset balances are up to date and compliant with internal processes.
Prepare monthly financial briefs summarizing the key highlights of financial performance, including variances, profitability, and any notable transactions for client reporting.

Secondary Job Functions:




Support Analysts by assisting in data analysis and helping to review processed transactions for accuracy and compliance with protocols.
Participate in internal initiatives such as continuous improvement efforts, organizational activities, and career development sessions.
Engage in knowledge sharing through team meetings and contribute to process improvements by suggesting and implementing more productive ways of working.

B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce)
