Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor chemical plant machinery such as reactors, distillation units, mixers, boilers, pumps, and compressors.
Follow SOPs for batch and continuous process operations.
Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, and chemical parameters.
Handle raw materials, chemicals, and finished products safely.
Perform routine equipment checks and minor troubleshooting.
Maintain log sheets, batch records, and shift reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) guidelines.
Coordinate with maintenance, QC, and production teams.
Support shutdown, startup, and emergency operations.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the plant.

Mandatory Skills & Experience




ITI certification in AOCP.
Minimum 3 years experience in a chemical / process industry.
Knowledge of chemical plant operations and safety practices.
Familiarity with pumps, reactors, pipelines, valves, and control instruments.
Understanding of MSDS, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
