Identify and develop recent customers for paper bags and related packaging products.
Promote customized and standard paper bag solutions based on customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
Convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs related to size, GSM, printing, finishes, and compliance.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support in coordination with internal teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Identify growth opportunities in sustainable and eco-friendly packaging markets.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product improvements.
