We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our café team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to café standards
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and service standards
Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications




Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training can be provided)
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Robust attention to detail and cleanliness
Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
