About the Company:
SAMA (सम, balance), is India’s first Calm Mind Studios — a network of stress
free physical and virtual studios for people starting or re-starting their wellness journey.

Our spaces are device-free, mirror-free and stress-free making it easy for even those that have never stepped into a fitness space.

Our approach rests firmly on the 2 pillars of healthspan
exercise and emotional/mental well-being.

Through small group, expert-led sessions in mindful wellness formats such as Pilates, Aerial Fitness, Classical and Contemporary Yoga combined with Calm Mind Practices such as breathwork and micro meditation, we help you ease from hesitation to consistency.

We have 2 Studios in Bengaluru and are opening our first one in Hyderabad. The team consists of experienced Yoga and Pilates teachers with backgrounds in Physiotherapy, Strength Training and Yoga.

Responsibilities:
Conduct small group sessions in Reformer machine and mat pilates for strengthening
Conduct preliminary analysis of client’s health and fitness profile and design appropriate programs




Track and report client’s progress using various tools and techniques
Work with Pilates format lead to design new programs from time to time
Participate in team activities including meetings and discussions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy
Knowledge of anatomy and the ability to design fitness regimens as per the need of the client
Valuable communication skills and ability to deal with varied situations
Keen learner with a positive attitude to learn current skills and techniques

Job Location:Nanakramguda, Financial Hyderabad

Salary Range:Rs 30,000 onwards per month based on experience

Benefits: Paid time off, on the job training, health insurance (by June 2026)
