About the project
We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent based in Chennai to join us on a full-time basis.
You will play a key role in supporting our learners and will be part of an exciting journey as we set up a current location from the ground up.
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Your role
Providing guidance in course selection and supporting participants with their questions
Ensuring learner satisfaction through efficient, friendly, and solution-oriented support
Coordinating administrative tasks and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations
Your profile
Strong service orientation and genuine enthusiasm for working with adult learners
Fluent English skills, German is a plus
Solid PC and MS Office skills
