Overview

It is IC Finance Business partnering role where incumbent will work closely with respective business team, on pricing, cost, prospects, funnel, conversion, commercials, ecomm, tracking, Inventory planning, orders and projects acting as a valued and trusted business partner Finance team and concern business organisation.

Incumbent will be responsible for period closing reporting, annual operating plan and strategic long-term vision of the respective business.

This role will be based at Waters Peenya office, Bangalore and follow a hybrid mode work approach.

Responsibilities
Oversee backlog, orders, sales, margin to draw forward-looking conclusions and forecasts
Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Assists in the preparation of the monthly forecast and Monthly Business Review for all functional areas of the business
Business Insights and Reviews Prep: Participates in the QBR prep, annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modelling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparation.
Updates cost and expense trend reports, and analyses variations ensuring alignment with the forecast.




Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions. Advising on key business planning assumption and trade offs and opportunities.
take best use of available system SAP, BI, AI and other digital to streamline business reporting and access of data to concerns in business
Adhoc special assignments as assigned by Finance head
Presentation: Development of executive level presentations, including monthly and quarterly financial reviews, annual operating plans, and other various reviews

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant Or MBA with 5 years of relevant experience within the scientific instrumentation or technology company is added advantage
Commerce Background
Skills: Solid financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Proficiency in Excel, SAP/SAC, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
