Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 3–5 years

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer acceptance and joining.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, communities, job portals, Boolean search and other channels.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, especially for difficult-to-fill positions.
Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate technical/functional interviews and ensure timely feedback from interviewers.
Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment funnel and maintain accurate records and dashboards.
Monitor and improve hiring metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Interview-to-Selection Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate and Source Effectiveness.
Develop talent pools for future hiring requirements rather than hiring only against immediate openings.
Support employer branding, referral programs and recruitment campaigns.




Use AI and contemporary recruitment tools to improve sourcing, screening and recruitment efficiency.

Must Have:
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Proven experience in end-to-end hiring.
Strong hands-on sourcing experience.
Experience hiring for non-technical roles is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong candidate negotiation and offer-closing skills.
Comfortable working directly with founder and senior leadership.
Strong ownership, urgency and ability to work in a quick-changing startup environment.

Positive to Have:
Experience hiring product, design, sales and business roles.
Experience with employer branding and social recruiting.
Experience using AI recruiting/sourcing tools.
Experience with compensation benchmarking and talent-market research.
