Counsel clients regarding visa options for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
Handle walk-in clients, inbound/outbound inquiries, and leads.
Understand client requirements and provide accurate visa guidance.
Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain proper records and documentation for clients.
Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and market trends.
