Responsibilities
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues within SLA.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Requirements
- Robust experience in various Cisco network devices (routers, switches) including installation, configuration, and very robust troubleshooting.
- Willing to work on shifts (both day and night) and ready to work in a team.
- Hands-on experience with IOS up-gradation and password breaking of routers and switches.
- Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP.
- Knowledge of switching concepts including VLAN, VTP, STP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, and stacking.
- Bachelor's degree with CCNA and 5 years of experience or CCNP with more than 3 years of experience.
