Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team, handling inbound calls from potential and existing clients. You'll provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and promote our travel packages and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information about our travel packages and services
Answer queries and resolve customer complaints in a skilled manner
Promote our travel packages and services to potential customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals
Collaborate with the sales and support team to improve customer experience
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques¹ ² ³





Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and local languages
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus
Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
Time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
