We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager - Finance to lead the finance function of the organization. The role requires solid expertise in Project Finance, Accounting, and Regulatory & Statutory Compliance, along with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills. The incumbent will play a strategic role in financial planning, governance, and supporting business growth.

Areas/Responsibility:
Project Finance & Fund Raising
Structure, evaluate, and manage project finance arrangements from banking channels.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs for term loans, working capital limits, and project funding.
Prepare and review financial models, CMA data, project reports, cash flow forecasts, and viability analyses.
Lead negotiations on interest rates, security coverage, covenants, repayment schedules, and loan documentation.
Accounting & Financial Management
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards.




Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor budgeting, cost controls, variance analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial reporting systems.
Regulatory, Statutory & Tax Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, EPF, ESIC guidelines, and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, internal auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Oversee timely filing of statutory returns and effective handling of assessments, audits, notices, and litigations.
Ensure compliance with lender covenants and regulatory reporting requirements.
Strategic Finance & Business Support
Act as a strategic finance partner to senior management by providing actionable financial insights.
