Job Summary:
The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of young children. The role involves planning age-appropriate lessons, fostering creativity, and encouraging positive behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities
Promote early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through play-based learning
Create a protected, supportive, and inclusive classroom setting
Observe and assess children’s progress and developmental needs
Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
Support children’s emotional and behavioral development
Ensure classroom cleanliness,



safety, and organization
Collaborate with school staff and follow curriculum guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Prior experience working with young children preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
Knowledge of child development principles
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
