Rotational Shift
Coordinate end-to-end patient journeys including treatment planning, travel, accommodation, and post-treatment care.
Liaise with doctors, hospitals, and clinics to gather medical opinions, cost estimates, and treatment plans.
Facilitate visa documentation, medical records, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain and update patient records, service contracts, and billing information.
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and international healthcare regulations.
Assist with translation services and culturally appropriate communication (if applicable).
Provide personalized concierge services including airport pickup, hotel bookings, local transport, and interpreters.
Follow up with patients post-treatment for feedback, satisfaction, and continuity of care.
Support marketing and business development efforts by identifying recent markets or partners.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Tourism, Business Administration,



or related field.
2+ years experience in medical tourism, healthcare coordination, or customer service.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills (multilingual is a plus).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Familiarity with international healthcare systems and cultural sensitivity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
