Welcome all walk-in customers with courtesy and a warm greeting.
Guide the customers to the appropriate sales executive based on their requirements.
Maintain a skilled and inviting atmosphere at the entrance/reception area.
Provide basic information about collections, ongoing offers, and store services.
Assist customers with queues, seating arrangements, and basic hospitality.
Maintain a visitor log and manage customer flow during peak hours.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience.
Handle basic customer queries and direct them to the concerned department.
Ensure customer comfort—offer water/refreshments as per store policy.
Represent the brand image through excellent etiquette and grooming.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
