Job Summary

Baseline is seeking a skilled Junior Architect with hands-on experience in industrial and commercial projects. The role involves architectural planning, detailed drawings, coordination with consultants, and site support from concept stage through execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings for industrial and commercial buildings.
Prepare GFC drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D views using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams for design integration.
Participate in design discussions, revisions, and technical coordination meetings.
Conduct site visits to verify execution as per drawings and resolve design-related issues.
Review shop drawings and material submittals.
Maintain compliance with local building bye-laws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory requirements.




Support documentation for approvals and client presentations.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of skilled experience in industrial and commercial architectural projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (Lumion / Enscape preferred).
Valuable understanding of building codes, detailing standards, and construction practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
