Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure timely completion of uniform orders.
Plan and allocate work to tailors, helpers, and operators as per production targets.
Ensure production quality meets company standards and client specifications.
Monitor stitching, finishing, ironing, and packing processes.
Control wastage of fabric and accessories; ensure optimum utilization of materials.
Coordinate with the cutting, store, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain production records, daily output reports, and attendance of production staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and company policies on the production floor.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.

Key Skills & Requirements:




Solid knowledge of garment construction and uniform stitching processes.
Ability to manage workforce and meet production deadlines.
Valuable understanding of quality control and production planning.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of production reporting and documentation.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.

Qualification:
Diploma or relevant certification in Garment / Textile / Production (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in garment or uniform manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
