Key Responsibilities

- Commercial modelling – Build and maintain rate cards and pricing models for different delivery models, analysing cost drivers to optimise margins.
- Financial engineering & AI deals – Engineer cutting-edge pricing structures for AI‑enabled and outcome‑based services, including risk/reward and incentive models.
- Scenario analysis – Perform sensitivity analyses to understand the financial impact of changes and modelling.
- Stakeholder collaboration – Work with sales, delivery and Presales teams to craft proposals and communicate financial implications clearly.
- Market intelligence – Gather competitor pricing data and maintain a repository of historical pricing and bid outcomes.

Qualifications & Attributes





- Experience: 4+ years in IT services pricing, financial analysis or commercial management.
- Technical skills: Advanced Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with pricing models
- Analytical & communication skills: Strong numerical and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Creative mindset: Enjoy designing novel pricing mechanisms for AI and digital deals.
- Teamwork & organisation: Able to juggle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
