Role Description The Pricing Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining competitive freight rates and pricing structures for ocean, air, and inland logistics services. This full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai involves analyzing market trends, carrier tariffs, and customer requirements to prepare accurate quotations and rate sheets.

The role includes coordinating with sales, operations, and carrier partners to secure optimal rates, manage pricing approvals,



and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and tenders.

The Pricing

Executive will maintain pricing databases, monitor margins, and support negotiations to achieve cost-effective solutions while meeting service standards. Day-to-day activities also include preparing reports, reviewing contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve pricing strategies and overall profitability.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret tariffs, rate sheets, and market data.
- Knowledge of logistics, ocean and air freight, container and ISO tank operations, and basic customs processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data analysis, quotation preparation, and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in pricing calculations, documentation, and contract review.
- Ability to work in office in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in pricing, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain roles is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
