We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our team as a Pricing & Market Intelligence Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and making strategic business recommendations that drive revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Management

- Review and update product pricing on a regular basis.
- Analyze costs, margins, sales trends, and market conditions to recommend optimal selling prices.
- Ensure pricing remains competitive while maintaining profitability targets.
- Identify opportunities for margin improvement and revenue growth.
- Support management and sales teams with pricing recommendations. Competitor & Market Research
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
- Conduct ongoing market and industry research.
- Track market trends, supply-demand changes, and pricing fluctuations.
- Prepare competitor benchmarking and market intelligence reports.

Business Analysis

- Analyze pricing effectiveness, profitability, and business performance.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for management.
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pricing and market intelligence reports
- Maintain pricing databases and competitor tracking records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics,



Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pricing Analysis, Market Research, Business Analysis, Procurement, Category Management, Commercial Operations, Revenue Management, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Nutraceuticals, Food Ingredients, Chemicals, Pharma Raw Materials, Manufacturing, Distribution, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, or B2B industries will be an added advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates with strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen from any industry are encouraged to apply.
