- Create a protected, caring, and engaging learning environment for young children.

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities, lessons, games, stories, and creative sessions.

- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, and general awareness.

- Encourage children’s social, emotional, language, and motor development.

- Monitor and maintain records of children’s progress and development.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s activities and progress.

- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and safety.

- Organize fun activities, celebrations, art & craft, music, and other events.

- Provide individual attention and support to children based on their learning needs.

- Work closely with other teachers and school staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.

Requirements

- Graduate with NTT, ECCE, Montessori,



D.El.Ed., B.Ed., or relevant qualification preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in preschool/early childhood education preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patient, caring, creative, and child-friendly personality.

- Good command of English and/or Hindi.

- Ability to engage young children through creative and interactive teaching methods.
