nnREQUIREMENTS

n1–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role

nExcellent verbal communication skills

nConfident and professional while speaking with customers

nGood listening and questioning skills

nAbility to understand and verify customer requirements

nStrong follow-up and coordination skills

nComfortable making a high volume of calls

nGood basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM

nAbility to maintain accurate lead records

nHindi and English communication required; local language proficiency is an advantage

nnKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

nCall leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and understand their requirements.

nVerify lead information, requirements, budget, location, timeline and other relevant details.

nQualify leads based on predefined criteria before sharing them with clients.

nShare verified and relevant leads with the respective client/team.

nFollow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and move them towards the next stage.

nCoordinate and schedule site visits, appointments and meetings between qualified leads and clients.

nArrange calls between clients and interested leads as required.

nMaintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups and appointments.

nCoordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth lead handling.

nTrack lead outcomes and provide regular updates on lead quality and conversion status.

nIdentify genuine/interested prospects and ensure they receive timely follow-up.

nEscalate significant customer queries or issues to the appropriate client/team.
