nAbout the Role
n
n
- We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Project Manager to support enterprise telecom opportunities by managing the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle.
n
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Engineering, Delivery, and Customers to develop technical and commercial proposals, ensure solution feasibility, and drive successful bid submissions for telecom projects.
n
n
nKey Responsibilities:
n
n
- Lead the pre-sales activities for telecom opportunities from qualification through proposal submission.
n
- Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
n
- Coordinate with Solution Architects, Network Engineering, Operations, and Delivery teams to prepare comprehensive solutions.
n
- Manage multiple bids, RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs simultaneously while ensuring timely submission.
n
- Develop project plans, solution timelines, resource estimates, and implementation strategies during the pre-sales phase.
n
- Review customer requirements and perform gap analysis to recommend optimal telecom solutions.
n
- Prepare technical presentations, Statements of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BOM), and commercial documentation.
n
- Conduct customer meetings, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
n
- Identify project risks, assumptions, dependencies,
and mitigation strategies.
n
- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners for pricing, solution validation, and product selection.
n
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and organizational standards.
n
- Support contract negotiations by providing technical and project-related input.
n
- Facilitate seamless handovers from the pre-sales team to project delivery upon deal closure.
n

- MBA or Project Management certification is an advantage.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certification is preferred.

nExperience:
n
n
- 8–12 years of overall experience in the telecommunications industry.
n
- Minimum 4–5 years in a Pre-Sales, Solution Design, Bid Management, or Project Management role.
n
- Experience working with enterprise telecom customers.
n
- Proven experience managing large and complex telecom bids.
n
n
nPreferred Experience:

- Experience with global telecom service providers or managed service organizations.
n
- Knowledge of enterprise networking and cloud connectivity solutions.
n
- Exposure to multi-country telecom deployments.
n
- Familiarity with commercial pricing models and telecom service delivery.
