We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Presales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining property projects, following up with prospects, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team in achieving booking targets.

- Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, websites, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their budget, location preference, property type, and requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Share brochures, floor plans, price details, and other project information.




- Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and customer meetings.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Work toward generating qualified site visits and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
- English, Hindi, Marathi (Preferred)
