We’re looking for a Presales Executive to join our team and support business development and sales teams in creating winning proposals, solution documents, presentations, and customer-facing collateral.

? What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ & proposal development
- Analyze customer requirements and create customized technical & commercial proposals
- Prepare SOWs, solution documents, executive summaries, and commercial responses
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Engineering, Delivery, Finance, Marketing & Legal teams
- Develop solution presentations, capability decks, case studies, whitepapers & demos
- Support effort estimation, resource planning, timelines and pricing discussions
- Participate in customer meetings, requirement discussions and solution walkthroughs
- Build and maintain reusable proposal content, templates and knowledge repositories
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify differentiators
- Support Go-To-Market initiatives and new service offerings

- Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
- Exposure to Cloud, AI/GenAI, Data Engineering & Application Modernization
- Experience creating capability decks, case studies & solution documents
- Understanding of Fixed Price, T&M;, Managed Services & Dedicated Team pricing models
- Exposure to CRM tools
