Position: Receptionist cum Data Entry Operator
Job Summary

The Receptionist cum Data Entry Operator will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling visitors and calls, and ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of office data and records. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Front Office / Reception Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and skilled manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned person
Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes
Manage courier, postal records, and dispatch entries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Data Entry & Administrative Duties
Perform accurate data entry into company systems, registers, or ERP software
Maintain and update employee, vendor,



customer, or operational records
Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required
File and organize physical and digital documents
Assist HR/Admin team with routine clerical work

Coordination & Support
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars

Skills & Competencies
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Quick and accurate typing skills
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
