Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person screenings to assess technical skills and "hospitality DNA" (attitude and service mindset).
Hiring Manager Liaison: Coordinate with Department Heads to understand specific team needs and schedule interviews.
Offer Coordination: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and gather necessary documentation for background checks and I-9 compliance.
Event Support: Organize and represent the hotel at local job fairs, college recruitment days, and open-house hiring events.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
