Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable jewellery products
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and warranties
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales,



preferably in the jewellery industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile workplace
Basic knowledge of jewellery products and materials
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
