Key Responsibilities
Communicate with authors, professors, and academic professionals
Explain publishing services clearly and professionally
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and client coordination
Build long-term relationships with academic clients
Support sales growth through effective communication and service

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Strong spoken and written English communication skills




Valuable academic awareness and understanding of higher education
Confident, polite, and persuasive approach
Prior experience in sales, academic coordination, or publishing is an advantage
