Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations & Digital Marketing Executive who can handle day-to-day digital marketing activities along with basic operational support. The role requires hands-on execution, lead coordination, and strict adherence to SEBI-compliant marketing communication.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads execution and basic optimization
Manage social media posting and content publishing:
Support lead follow-up and conversion coordination (no advisory role)
Handle WhatsApp and Telegram community management:
Maintain basic analytics, reports, and performance tracking:
Ensure all marketing communication follows SEBI compliance guidelines:
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational execution

Skills Required:
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts:




Valuable content sense and hands-on experience with Canva:
Solid communication and lead follow-up skills:
Basic knowledge of Excel and/or CRM tools:
Organized, disciplined, and compliance-focused mindset

Eligibility
Willing to work from Noida (office-based role):
Comfortable handling both operations and marketing tasks
