Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and monitoring of residential construction projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth project execution.
Oversee structural works including RCC, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting activities.
Ensure project activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, and material requirements.
Prepare and review work schedules, progress reports, and bar charts.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at site.
Coordinate inspections, approvals, and project communications with clients and consultants.
Support billing, measurement, and certification processes.
Identify risks, resolve site issues, and support timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




Proven experience in project coordination and residential building construction.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering and RCC execution.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQs.
Valuable knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety practices.
Solid coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).

Preferred Skills
Experience in high-rise residential projects.
Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and billing.
Exposure to local authority approvals and compliance processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
