Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and BOMs.
Mark, cut, grind, drill, and fit steel plates, beams, columns, and sections.
Assemble structural components before welding as per tolerances.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, squareness, and dimensional accuracy.
Assist welders during tack welding and final welding preparation.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments safely.
Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards.
Maintain productivity targets and minimize material wastage.
Report any defects, rework, or drawing discrepancies to supervisor.
Support loading, shifting, and site erection activities when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
