Draughtsman - MEP

Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for preparation of MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Generating CAD models using AutoCAD / ZWCAD / REVIT software's, blending both technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
Designing and drafting of complete Electrical / Plumbing / Mechanical or specialised in any one of those areas.
Preparation of Shop drawing / Schematic drawing for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC & Chilled water system & Plumbing services.
Drafting sections for clash resolve & analysis




Collaborating closely with clients and consultants, addressing technical requirements and obtaining necessary approvals. Presenting design concepts and adaptations to improve construction methodologies and project outcomes.
Providing technical assistance to engineers and project managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor' degree / Diploma / or similar qualifications in the relevant field
Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar nature in the field of Building Service Engineering
Fluency in, AutoCAD, Revit
Positive Communication Skills and public relation Skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
