We’re looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to join the team for an International F&B; outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

This is an prospect for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing operations, delivering great customer experiences, and building a strong store culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations
Lead, train and motivate the team
Maintain food quality, hygiene and brand standards
Ensure excellent customer service
Manage inventory, stock and wastage
Monitor sales, cash handling and daily reports
Manage staff schedules and attendance
Handle customer feedback and operational challenges
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in QSR, Café, Restaurant,



Bakery or F&B;
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of store operations and inventory management
Customer-focused and well organised
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required
