About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Register eligible patients under the Ayushman Bharat PMJAY scheme.
Verify patient eligibility using government portals.
Coordinate with doctors, patients, and Ayushman helpdesk for smooth approvals.
Maintain and upload accurate documentation and records on the PMJAY portal.
Assist patients and families in understanding the scheme and its perks.
Ensure daily reporting and follow-up of approved and pending cases.
Work closely with billing, TPA, and administration teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with government portals.
Prior experience in hospital billing/TPA/Ayushman desk.
Solid communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
Empathetic, patient-centric attitude.
